Please read these terms before using Drawings Studio to upload photos and create drawing references.

About the service

Drawings Studio lets you organize images into albums and generate drawing images and printable PDFs. These terms apply to your use of the website and its API.

The service is operated by Tarkmote LLC. You can reach us through the Contact page.

Your account

Accounts are intended for adults, including parents and guardians preparing drawing activities for children. Children should use the printed activities under adult supervision rather than register their own accounts.

Provide accurate account information, keep your password and access tokens secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Use only accounts you are authorized to access. Registration and email verification are required for uploading and managing images.

Upload only images you own

You may upload only images for which you own the copyright and have the rights needed to upload, store, and process them with this service. Permission or a license to use someone else's image is not sufficient under these terms. Finding an image online, possessing a copy, or appearing in a photograph does not by itself make you its copyright owner.

You are responsible for checking that your upload and use of the resulting image or PDF respect copyright, privacy, and other applicable rights. Obtain any permissions required from people depicted in an image, including a parent or guardian where required for images of children. Do not upload unlawful, exploitative, or abusive content, or content that infringes another person's rights.

Ownership and permission to process

You retain the rights you hold in your uploads. By uploading an image, you grant the service permission to store, copy, transform, and deliver it as needed to provide the features you request, including generating drawing images and PDFs. This permission does not transfer ownership of your image to us or grant us permission to advertise with it.

Generating a drawing or PDF does not remove rights held by other people or give you new permission to distribute their work. You remain responsible for how you use or share the results.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another user's content, bypass access controls, upload malicious files, or disrupt the service. We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect users, or meet legal obligations. Contact us if you believe a restriction or removal was made in error.

Your files and service availability

Keep your own copies of important files. Processing results may vary, and availability or uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. You can delete photos and albums through your account and request account closure through the Contact page. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Your legal rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. We may update these terms as the service changes and will show the revision date on this page. Material changes should be reviewed before you continue using the affected features.
