Your privacy rights

You do not need an account to ask about your personal information or exercise your rights.

Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request.” Tell us what you would like us to do and how your information relates to Drawings Studio. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or identity documents unless we ask for information necessary to verify your identity.

What you can request

  • Access to your personal data and information about how it is used.
  • Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Erasure of your data or closure of your account.
  • Restriction of processing, or an objection to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • A portable copy of eligible data, or transmission to another provider where technically feasible.
  • Withdrawal of consent for consent-based processing, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

These rights depend on the processing and applicable law. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why and the available complaint options.

Controls in the app

Account & privacy lets you correct your name, download account records, and delete your account after confirming your password. A complete access request can also include files, support correspondence, and relevant logs; contact us for these. Use Cookie settings to withdraw analytics consent at any time.

People shown in uploaded images

If another person uploaded an image of you or your child, you can contact us without registering. Identify the image or circumstances as clearly as possible. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your relationship to the person concerned.

Response times and complaints

For GDPR requests, we respond without undue delay and within one month. Complex or numerous requests may require up to two additional months; we will explain an extension within the first month. Requests are normally free of charge.

You can complain to a supervisory authority, including in the EU/EEA country where you live, work, or believe a violation occurred. See the European Data Protection Board's list of authorities. You do not have to contact us first.
